Smart Pune Health Hackathon

Smart Pune Health Hackathon organized by Pune Municipal Corporation , Pune Smart City, Oasys Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd. Chennai . The knowledge partner for this event where VIIT and I²IT. The hackathon was conducted on 13th-14th Feb 2023 at I2IT. This Hackathon was conducted as a kickstart program under G-20 and Urban -20 (U20) .

The chief guest for the Valedictory program was Mr. Ashish Bharati , PMC , Head Healthcare Dept. Guest of Honor- IEEE Vice-Chair Prof Dr. Arun Jamkar and IEEE Senior members from Pune Chapter Mandar Khurjekar , Dr. Vivek Deshpande. There were 140 teams who registered out of which 30 teams were shortlisted for the final hackathon. Among the 30 teams there were 8 teams which where selected as winners.

Under the problem statement of Automating data entry and processing: ADxMARK , Tamil Nadu, SRI KRISHNA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY 1st Prize of 75K . Improving public health: Team Tied Up, Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, Tamil Nadu, 2nd Prize – 50K . Improving healthcare delivery: Team Invictus, pune, PICT , 3rd Prize – 25k . Among the remaining 5 teams who were given Special appreciation of 10k each 2 teams.

Hope Foundation’s Finolex Academy of Management & Technology, Ratnagiri has been conferred with the prestigious “Excellence in Digital Transformation in Education” award at the BW Businessworld’s India Smart University Awards 2026, in association with BW Education held at New Delhi on 25th March 2026.
