Hope Foundation and Research Centre widely recognizes that Education, Research and Healthcare are critical to the social and economic development of the country. Education contributes to human capital with the increasing choices of attaining skills and competencies such as intellectual skills, reasoning abilities, scholarly proficiency, and self-control. All these aspects of human capital facilitate the association between education, research and health and definitely play a vital role in the life of every individual.
At Hope Foundation, we wish to state that every donation matters to us and we solicit the support of individuals and organisations who share our passion and commitment to create an environment enabling an “inclusive society.” We look forward to your support and generous contributions by way of donations/financing for the below listed categories of funds.
To donate and extend financial support to the Hope Foundation and Research Centre (Hope Foundation), Pune; we request you to please fill up the “Donor Information Form” and complete all the required fields and submit. The information stored on this database can only be accessed by the Competent Authorities of the Hope Foundation and Research Centre (Hope Foundation), Pune only.  
All the information provided by you in this Donor Information Form will be kept confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior written consent, unless we are required or authorised to do so by law or other Government regulation.
The General Fund is created and maintained by Hope Foundation and its educational and research divisions to cover the operational overheads, which are not specific to any project / cause / requirement. This helps cover the overheads vital to the running of the educational and research divisions of Hope Foundation. Expenses such as establishment, administrative and property maintenance expenses and student academic and admission expenses are paid from the general funds. This type of fund helps the Hope Foundation and its educational and research divisions to meet the donation gap created when supporters donate only to a specific project / cause / requirement or any unforeseen expense/s which arise during the course of running the organisation.
The Corpus Fund is considered to be the wealth of the Hope Foundation and Research Centre (Hope Foundation) and its educational and research divisions. This fund is generated and kept by us for the sustenance and survival of the Hope Foundation. The Corpus Fund is of utmost significance to the Hope Foundation as it benefits during times of distress. Only the monetary returns by way of interest / dividends earned from it is accrued or applied for general purposes. It is required for the smooth running of the educational and research divisions of the Hope Foundation. We are in the process of building a minimum corpus equivalent to 24 months’ of operational expenditure of the Hope Foundation thereby ensuring a smooth flow of fulfilling our charitable and social initiatives. It will also assist us in reducing the financial vulnerability and thus help us achieve our short-term as well as long-term goals.

The educational and research divisions of the Hope Foundation and Research Centre i.e. the Finolex Academy of Management and Technology (FAMT), Ratnagiri (www.famt.ac.in) and the International Institute of Information Technology (I²IT), Pune (www.isquareit.edu.in) are recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and conduct undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of engineering, technology, management and other allied domains as per the needs of the industry.

Specific emphasis is given to the students from poor families and economically backward areas. These students do not have the wherewithal to even pay the tuition fee. Since these courses are full-time courses, additional charges for accommodation, administrative services and canteen expenses also need to be borne by the students. This will help them reduce the financial burden on their parents as well as on the student and assist them in pursuing a career of their choice for achieving a comfortable livelihood.

The medical objectives of Hope Foundation and Research Centre provides for rendering assistance through the provision of financial assistance for the treatment of persons suffering from any illness in general and in particular cancer of all types, or any other manner. In association with the Moolani Eye Care Centre, Pune (http://www.eyemoolani.com); Hope Foundation seeks contributions from the corporate by way of donations / CSR and conducts eye camps, eye surgeries with a focus on those which aim at reducing preventable blindness such a cataract, glaucoma, pterygium and corneal surgeries in young and old, also to include surgical procedures for underprivileged children and young adults such a squint, ptosis and refractive procedures in high refractive errors to help them to achieve a stable social and financial life. It also conducts blood donation camps, medical camps like eye screening and general health check-up camps etc.

Due to the unaffordable and increasing fees structure of higher education in India many students miss out on higher education due to lack of funds. Those students that are willing to pursue higher education and need financial support and are eligible as per the applicable norms can seek financial assistance by way of Tuition Fees from the Hope Foundation and Research Centre. The faculty, staff and students of the Trust / Society as well its educational and research divisions at the Finolex Academy of Management and Technology (FAMT), Ratnagiri and the International Institute of Information Technology (I²IT), Pune are encouraged to voluntarily participate in community service projects and service-learning activities during their academic breaks for mutual benefit. This helps all participating volunteers to make friends, grow as a person, and most importantly help others thereby emphasising self-reflection. In addition, getting involved in such activities helps all participants increase their awareness and understanding of the cultural consciousness and its different ethnic and racial backgrounds.

In this mission to nurture socially responsible citizens who are not only committed to their goals but also to the community and the country, the faculty, staff and students associated with the Trust / Society and its educational and research divisions organise and support various events aiming to create a sense of social responsibility to contribute to the welfare of the society. These social contributions include but are not limited to blood donation camps, tree plantations and cleaning drives on beaches and national heritage sites. Various NGOs working for orphans, destitute women and farmers like NAAM, MAHER, Aashadeep, Ratnagiri Remand Home and Avishkar receive immense support from our faculty, staff and students.
