Finolex Academy of Management and Technology (FAMT), Ratnagiri organized a Value-Added Course on “Cloud Computing and Services” on 04th and 05th April 2025 for final year (BE) students.
The course was conducted by Dr. Bhushan Jadhav, Associate Professor at Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai, who served as the resource person. His expertise brought valuable insights into the evolving landscape of cloud technologies.
The primary objective of this add-on course was to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of cloud computing principles, technologies, and services. It aimed to enhance students’ employability by preparing them for careers in cloud computing and equipping them with the necessary skills to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions.

- Cloud architecture and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Deployment models (public, private, hybrid)
- Key platforms and tools in cloud computing
- Security and compliance in the cloud
- Real-world applications and case studies
The course bridged the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, enabling students to effectively utilize cloud computing in various business and technological environments.
