FAMT organized a five-day (40-hour) Certified Workshop on Process Equipment Design (PED) in collaboration with ThinkerStation Pvt. Ltd., Nashik. The workshop aimed to provide insights into the principles and practices in the field of process equipment design.The workshop was held from 11th to 15th August 2023.
Mr. Jayendra Khurasia, (COO, Scootoid E-Learning), the expert resource person from Thinker Station along with his team member Mr. Ritesh provided valuable real-world insights to the participants.A total of 20 students from final-year Mechanical Engineering participated in the workshop.
Prof. Pratik Kamble(Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engg.) coordinated the entire workshop under the guidance of Dr. Milind S Kirkire (Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department). This collaborative effort between academia and industry aimed to equip students with practical knowledge and skills that are highly relevant to career in process equipment design and related fields.
