On Thursday, January 7th, 2025, the Mechanical Engineering Students Association (MESA) organized a field visit to Marine Syndicate Private Limited, Katale Port, Saitwade. The visit aimed to provide students with hands-on exposure to marine engineering operations.
Mr. Sadiq Kapde, a Marine Engineer, conducted an introductory session detailing the company’s operations and vessel functionality. A total of 33 BE Mechanical Engineering students, accompanied by Prof. Hemant V. Chavan, participated in the visit.
The experience proved to be a valuable learning opportunity, offering students insights into marine operations, ship maintenance, and control systems, while inspiring them to explore further advancements in the field.
