Global hackathon Call For Code

Students were invited to participate in the global hackathon, Call for Code, aimed at addressing real-world challenges such as climate change, access to clean water, housing, education, and fair representation. Participants were encouraged to leverage cutting-edge technology, including generative AI, to develop impactful, sustainable solutions.

The event offered exclusive access to hands-on experience with IBM Watson AI tools and the opportunity to network with industry leaders from Persistent and IBM. A session on watsonx by IBM leaders was also included. The competition featured prizes worth $50,000 USD, with the winning solutions being deployed globally. Additionally, participants received free training on the IBM watsonx platform.
