FAMT organized a session on women empowerment “Empower Her – Opportunities in the Indian Coast Guard” on 20th January 2024. Mrs. Farah T.P. Assistant Commander in the Indian Coast Guard, Ratnagiri was the guest speaker for the event.
Mrs. Farah shared her experience about how she chose this career and prepared for the exams. She also highlighted growing opportunities and various career paths for aspiring students in the Indian Coast Guard. She talked about the role of Engineers from various branches and the unique challenges and rewards of the esteemed service. A total of 72 students attended the session.
