The disaster that happened in some parts of Maharashtra due to heavy rain and flood, people have lost their lives and property. Heavy rains and overflowing rivers swamped some districts in Maharashtra viz Ratnagiri, Raigad, Kolhapur, Thane, Sangli, Satara, Sindhudurg, Pune, Wardha, and suburban areas of Mumbai.
I²IT Family has always believed in social responsibility and as our usual practice, we step forward with a helping hand to all those victims and shattered families of affected areas. Being part of one universal family, staff members of Hope Foundation’s I²IT, Hinjawadi, Pune has contributed clothes, medicines, grocery items, and cash/cheque. All collected money has been transferred to the Chief Ministers Relief Fund of Maharashtra by online mode and collected material has been handed over to Gaidevi Mitra Mandal, Karul, Taluka – Guhagar, District – Ratnagiri.
